Classes are always subject to availability but at Dynamic Pilates we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class. All classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 12hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. So if you’re booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, you’ll be charged for it, weekly memberships will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. Out of consideration for the instructor and other members, and also for your own safety, please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to train. Instructors are subject to change without notice.
Packages purchased may be exchanged for another to the same value but no refunds will be issued. The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Our Weekly Memberships Agreement is a month to month contract which may be cancelled by the client at any time by giving Dynamic Pilates a minimum 4 weeks written notice of termination via email info@dynamicpilates.com.au. By choosing this membership option, the client will be debited on a weekly basis which will allow them access to CBD and/or Manly Dynamic Pilates classes one session per day. It is an ongoing membership with a one month minimum commitment. For Any failed direct debits a $5 dishonour charge will apply.
Freeze Options are for weekly memberships only (minimum 2 week’s maximum two months) this freezing option will also include a $10 administration fee.
Dynamic Pilates requires four weeks written notice via email to info@dynamicpilates.com.au for all contracts to be suspended.
Our Introductory special of 2 classes for $20 has a strict 7 day expiry date attached to it, i.e. if you do your first class on a Monday then you’ll need to use your second session by that following Sunday.
Session Packs, Casuals and/or Private lessons have either a 7 day expiry, or 1/2/3/6 months expiry period attached to them.
